The International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF) has published its State of Trade Report for the second quarter of 2011. Year on year global fabric production was down for the quarter and although estimates for both yarn and fabric production are negative for the third quarter, the outlook for the fourth quarter is positive in both cases.
