Year on year global fabric production was down for the quarter and although estimates for both yarn and fabric production are negative for the third quarter, the outlook for the fourth quarter is positive in both cases.

Specialty chemicals company Clariant today officially inaugurated its Textile Chemicals Business Unit (BU) headquarters in Singapore.

Clariant relocates Textile Chemicals HQ to Singapore
